Welcome to Trevoya. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Trevoya mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Trevoya ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that may apply. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape, collect, or extract data from the Service
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications or spam
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Trevoya offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings. Refunds are subject to the refund policies of Apple or Google, as applicable. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display through the Service ("User Content"), including trip plans, collections, and travel notes. By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content solely to provide and improve the Service.

You represent that you have the right to submit any User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, and design, is owned by Trevoya and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the Trevoya name, logo, or branding.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to or integrate with third-party services, including flight data providers, mapping services, and social media platforms. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms and conditions.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of flight data, gate information, delay predictions, or any other travel-related information provided through the Service. You should always verify critical travel information with your airline or relevant authority. Trevoya is a travel planning and tracking tool, not a substitute for official airline communications.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trevoya and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or travel disruptions, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid to Trevoya in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty dollars ($50), whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trevoya from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
